Take one package of earrings from the $1 section at Michaels (or in Canada, the $1.50 section).
Add Catalina Mist spray paint.
Attach a jump ring and thread your pendant onto a necklace.
Done!
Hmm . . . what colour should I paint the other earring?
What a great idea! It looks so much different with just a little bit of paint.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute idea! I will spray paint anything :)
ReplyDeleteThese earrings are so hot these days. I love the turquoise/seafoam color you chose.
ReplyDeleteOh Claire it's perfect! LOVE IT! Smiles, Jill
ReplyDeleteClaire,
ReplyDeleteVery cute and creative! Amazing what a little paint can do.
BTW-I nominated you for The Versatile Blogger Award today, when you get a chance please stop by my blog to read all about it.
Thanks and have a great evening. :0)
Such a clever idea!! How about "Tangerine Tango" (orange) -- it's the 'Color of the Year" for 2012!
ReplyDeleteClaire- what an incredibly smart idea!! I have a lot of little jewelry items I could do this, too...you've totally got me thinking about this now! And I LOVE that Catalina Mist color...it's gorgeous!! The other would be fun in a red, maybe? I'm such a red person that I always go to that! ;)
